The Arc de Triomphe |
| This was our
first day. The Arc de Triomphe. I new it was the site of France's
Unknown Solder and that Napoleon had it built, but I didn't know that
you could take the stairs to the top for such a wonderful panoramic
view of Paris. Here are Sharlene and I on the Champs-Élysées.
When we hiked to the top of the Arc I was most impressed by the view of the
Sacré-Coeur Basilica. |
